Esperanza del Castillo is a family firm that dates back to 1952, in its second generation it has inherited a way of manufacturing Manchego Cheese following traditional methods and conserving ancient customs that have weathered the winds of time to give a product of the very highest quality. Thanks to the care vested in each cheese and our years of know-how, we have managed to pass on to the end-consumer our obsession for quality and create a brand that is now marketed in various countries.

We are located in the town of Pulgar, in the La Mancha region ,in the very heart of Spain. Our ancient cheese-making tradition has enabled this town of barely 1,200 inhabitants to become renowned for its excellent cheeses. Pulgar belongs to the Montes de Toledo district, rich in pasture lands and autochthonous sheep, an ideal spot for obtaining the best raw material which has resulted in us being able to offer a rich range of products from our cheese dairy, which you are welcome to visit to learn our manufacturing process.
